I am confused on how workers are assigned. Is there a way to assign more workers to gathering metal and oil? I have 325 doing nothing. I know they can be used as soilders but need them gathering resources. Not sure how to assign them to do that. Thanks for any help.

your workers alreaddy work ;)
there is no way to assign workers :)
go to management to see what workers produce for u :)
