I read the wiki but I cant understand how this works, so if my colony have been conquered, can I conquer a colony? and if I conquered an OP, can that OP be conquered by anyone?

If you are conquered then no you can not conquer a colony but yes you can conquer op's and they can still be tken from you but as long as you are conquered no one can take you over.

when you are conquered you can not conquer anyone else also your control ticks are reset... and you lose your crystals if you have any.. you now can't conquer anyone... until you rebel or are liberated.. you can still take other peoples crystals though... also if you conquer an op... anyone can come and fight you for it..
