My understanding is that the calculation for missile damage comes before the calculation for unit movement therefor any units arriving at the same time as a missile on offense should be safe. Is this correct?

does this also mean that if you have a missile incomming you can send your squads away and have them arrive back at the same time as the missile to defend? or does it only apply to attacking
