How do you create spies? Cuz I keep building up a build to create spies but I have no clue how to create my spies and for some reason I can ave spies at my outpost. A tad confused with that.

You Need an intelligence structure like a tavern. intelligence structures can be created by visiting the colony/castle tab and then go into "structures" the intelligence facility will be found at the second to last column at the bottom of the page.

After you have you intelligence structure you simply click on your colony and then click on "Train Spy"
Your spy can then perform basic covert operations. To let your spy perform advanced covert operations just build the next level of an intelligence structure.
