Okay i notice every once and a while some has say 190 score right?
Then all of a sudden a person with 194 score surpasses them, Now maybe
this is a dumb question but how do you get small amounts of score? i know of 2 scoring methods
1, crystals-20 score
2, power- 10 score
How does this happen lol?

resource ops now offer .2 power, or 2 score so it is likely that the person you speak of has 2 resource ops.

I believe so before the update in the new era of de. E1 i was going between rank 1-2 now after update i am going between rank 3-7 but i jumped 2 ranks after i boosted people.

I think it's because the power is actually not an integer, but float... So, if the score is 406 and the power shows 40, the actual power is 40.6. the 0.6 extra power comes from the the resource mines.

necroposter  btw apart from the alliance size, everything else will be updated at once, no matter if it's mid-era or not. That includes the resource OPs' score.
