I was just reading the closed Suggestion topic above and was wondering... What happened to bounties anyway? What's the story there

Bounties got removed because multies and farms would place bounties on some nobody and the farm owner would swoop in for the resources. It became a method for those who cheat to transfer resources. Now I was not playing then but that is the issue I could see it causing.
