I have a well balanced army right now with infantry calvery and heavy with all types range, slash ...i have all of them nicly balenced. I have seen people with all heavy units and all infantry. Who would win say i had 300 well balenced and they has 700 infantry. Or who would win if they had 250 all heavy and i have 350 balenced?

Depends entirely on the exact weapon ratios but usually a single-type army will win.
