When it's possible seems like a reason able answer. Currently it's not, unless there have been some recent developments in the iPhone OS that I am unaware of.

ok thx. Apple said i believe that theres gonna be a huge security update soon so maybe theres gonna be flash. If theres flash we wont NEED an app

There isn't going to be Flash on any Apple products. At least in the foreseeable future. Also, a security is just that; for SECURITY. No major new features.

Yes but flash is updating all the time. Also Apples new security update was MEANT for flash. Ill look for a link on apple saying about it.
Also Battledawn is becoming HTML5. Thatll make it easier to make it a non flash format.

HTML 5 and flash are too different things. You can have flash in HTML5, but I think you mean it's being rewritten to use Javascript.
