IDK what is better to do at the beginning of a round. i am an experienced vet from Kong that is playing in M3(Lacrosseminiman)
Benefits from units:
conquers
power
security
mines
looking powerful
Disadvantages:
costs metal/gold
have to wait 2-6 ticks for units(depends on chassis)
can be lost
can be upgradeable
Benefits from structures:
able to build gates faster
upgrades for units
income for resources
ability to stay stealthy
Disadvantages:
costs
possibility of being conquered
real time taken to build structures
have to manage
costs LOTS when u get into gates/ranged/level 5 stuff
Benefits from boosting:
easy units and power
no work
fast rank
crystals easier
instant
Disadvantages:
COSTS MONEY OR KREDS OR ACHIEVEMENTS
cant get them for anything else but wreckages and achievements(gets harder when Ur in the last 10 or so)
u get called names and discouraged by other members for boosting
doesn't get u experience
Advantages from all of the above:
can get a mix of all 3 and get secure able rank
can get OK military or structures
can spend little amount of money on boosts
Disadvantages:
Ur only OK in 3 of the 5 aspects of the game (alliance, achievments)
also in the 3 ur are going for ur only OK not good or even great
time
energy
slow rank(but secure able)

plz give me ur opinion and the steps u take to get off to a good start on any round.

you should make this more clear. i think this is a bit pointless doesn't really give important information, try to make it clearer and maybe it will be more understandable.

i agree with malek... and the title doesn't have to be caps it just makes it kinda annoying like some newb trying to spam on our forums and plus what does leroy jenkins have to do with this?

From a non-booster's perspective, it's best to build army and structures side-by-side as best as you can. An army means more conquers= more resources= more power; all with little fear of getting caonquered yourself if you set yourself up well enough. As for the structures, Metal>Oil>Energy>Converters.

From a booster's perspective, the same prinicple still applies, although you can do it in a larger scale. And don't get discouraged by those people calling you names for boosting; just keep in mind you're the one keeping the game free for them, and laugh at the irony that they insult boosters, but when that meter reaches the high 90's, the broadcasts fill with cries of "BOOOOSSSTTT!!!"

Wow reading all that just goes to show how different the new client was to the old one. Challenges are thrown at players everyday which is why people keep coming back and trying new things.
