How do I gain control ticks and can I get them a little faster?? (if yes, how?)

You don't really do anything to gain them. You just get one control tick every tick. Control ticks are reset whenever you get conquered, rebel, leave an alliance, or relocate. Theres no way to get them faster.

It simple but i dont think outpost control ticks are changed unless you used them to relocate like you used out post 1 to relocate TO so outpost one transfers to where you came from. All other out posts arent affected.
