LOL! I am a noob not stupid. I conqured an OP at 923 and logged off when I logged back on at 938 I was presented by these notifications. Someone has stumbled on a cheat perhaps?

I'm sure it's just a bug or a player using the same name with a slight modification that I'm not seeing. Guessing it's just a bug and showing your name when it should show the person delivering the ion.
