hey there is some one who is conquered and has sent squad to my colony.. do i need to worry as he is already conquered by someone else..?

only if you have a crystal ore dont want to lose units.

No but if he has a large amount of units yes move your troop somewhere. But first i suggest you to incoming scan yourself before you do that. Be concerned if you have a crystal.
