I was wondering what it is for a friend of mine, IQ, is on it and he can't post now on the forums I talk to him in game and he said he didn't get a message from an Admin or anyone it just doesn't let him post he also mentioned he is not sure what he did so can anyone direct me on what this is?

he shoulden't bd on it. The only thing i can think of is that he got a dynamic IP which match a spamhouse, tell him to try to reset he's modem then try again
