I'm on Earth and I've found wreckages in the middle of the ocean, but they're further away from any usable land than squads can travel. Is there anyway to extend travel range to get there?

The western side? In the ocean? Well, you'll probably see a whole bunch of wreckages there and no one is taking them.

What Bork means is that, you're only able to reach them through using a relic.

Meaning, load spams / squads on a relic, run the relic up to the ocean wreckage area and attack from there.
