Just want to ask,How to be SM Staff(Maintenance and PR Team),Administrator,and Moderators

I Just know what they do is guard the forum from advertisement , helping players , Editing post , Merged double post , Make announcement, and etc.

What is SM Staff doing?
What is Administrator doing?
What is Moderators doing?
How to be SM Staff,Administrator,and Moderators?

I cannot ans all ur questions but a few but I'll answer these question but from battledawn point of view.

Well firstly you need to go step by step.

Start helping the management on a small scale by writing for tribune , text translation or any other help when they ask publicly. After your continuous efforts whenever there is a need for mod they will approach you. They will make you Jr. Mod. After that Moderator followed by Sr. Moderator. This entire process from jr.mod to sr.mod can take anywhere between 2-5 years of continuous efforts. After that they may even make you an site administrator or as we call admin. That will be your journey. A perfect example is Admin Simmen he started from jr.mod and rose his way up to become an admin.
But for this you should have thorough knowledge of the game. Each and every detail.
There are more designations like tester , manager etc.

The Mamgement will even see the level of maturity you have which will be reflected by the answers you write or how much you help new players incase they ask for help.

-Helping player
-Talk in English more proficient
-Making Advanced Newbie Question
-Learn and understanding how games working
-Stop troll (Ugh..)
-Try to don't get Board Warning Issued

That's small step that i can do..
