I'd venture out with a 34 Shielded if the weapons, resistancies and kits made up for the starting turns lost. the best I've seen people do is give it a 35 sword (the red one). you have one great side weapon at 34, one great top weapon, and some extra options, but against a 33 Shielded you have no room for error. it's of course possible, just like with other builds.

Damnit, I'm only at lvl11 and 17... But Rupert barely wins against my lvl11 mech with a lvl17 frame so I think I'm ok :3 Lvl34, I'm coming 4 ya!  Ill show all of u who's boss

im sticking at lvl 33. my build is basically an unintentional copy of foootiss' build  different muduals used though

im at lvl 51 right now. the game wont allow me to fight people below lvl 20 anymore
but if you got to lvl 28 you could still face me. i kept my stuff for that level aswell
