I am not 100%... He seems like he comes randomly all the time, but it could be a certain time of the day that God Mode shows up though.

The annoying thing is, he is like level 50 and you hardly get any EXP/Coins.

I killed the Super mech of the god mode when i was of a too low lv (between 5 and 10 i don't remember), it was easy but very long, I was disappointed by the rewards that were quite normal after all that effort.

God mode looks f***in awsome, but is just to easy to beat. I've faced him 4 times won every time. With the right tactic you can beat him without taking any dammage.
