An idea to bring back the beloved shop to the game. This will add the ability to buy paints (for some reason, they don't sell them anymore.) AND buy parts you already have had for coins. For legendary guns, you would pay with tokens. Currrently in Super Mechs, we don't have much freedom to customize our mechs, or build one to our standards. A fine example happened to me just yesterday. So, I wanted to remake the Mad Cat mech into Super Mechs. Two gatlings, two rocket pods, a similar cockpit, and chicken-leg type legs. Seems simple, right? Well, it took me over 100,000 credits, a heap of battles, and campaign mission galore. Now is when the idea occurred to me; Instead of the old shop (I miss it so much.) why not add a new shop for parts you already have? It would make sense for people wanting to build a select mech, or maybe to buy copies of modules and such. I hope this will get integrated into the game soon.

Just bring back the color kits and old shop back.

They are planning to do both from what I've been told, it's just taking them a while to do it. I dont know why it is, probably technical issue, and it's not as important to them as it is to us. Not to mention that not one of the devs have any time on their hands. What I dont get is why they dont simply just tell us "hey we are working on it, it's just taking us a while". Instead they keep quiet, which makes people unsure if they are listening to us or not.

But at the very least they are working to fix it. That's the only way I can sleep at night.

If they want to increase logins by hardcore players, they could probably make it a "junk shop" with a rotating inventory for different days of the week.

Since they already have code to create special menus in campaign, this would be an excellent reward (prestige shop) triggered by some victory condition in campaign mode.

But yay that they are bringing it {back}. Vets rejoice and may newbies never have to know the pain of having loved and lost.

I honestly have no idea why they removed the shop in the first place, everybody loved it... I mean.. WAT FAK??!!

It confused new players.

Yes I fainted immediately from sheer confusion when I first entered the shop.

WOW I click the item I want and click BUY.... too confusing. I couldn't take the pressure.

How the hell does it "confuse new players?" If I were a new player and I got some item out of NO WHERE and I had no links to the items I was getting out of boxes then I would be confused, the shop was a source of data ffs. Doesn't make any sense.

I found the shop helpful... It was like a map of all the existing items. It intrigued me. One could see the history of SM through that map. Not to mention buying items that u either cant get in boxes or need immediately.
