I have a idea why count you make it so that people can give other players items in there clan.Lower ranked players are struggling to get better and struggling to win.so what if higher ranked players could give lower ranked players items so they can level up faster only clan members.Also players can trade items players would be able to trade items so it would be a lot of fun.selling items would be also good nested of destroying the items many you could sell the items like lower ranked items that you count need. :D
