This might have been brought up, yet I will get another shot.

We chat in different channels, and I see others posting " ____, are you on." The people here I barely know and remember. Instead of doing a chat where everyone's on and waiting for a certain someone to log on, It be awesome if we had a list to let us know when they are on and chat, only under "Friend request." Rather than seen people posting "are you on." I played many games having the "Friend Request," they were enemies. Yet this one does not have that. Serious....You can "Block" people, yet can't request friends.

This should be implemented. I've played other games where communication and finding people were much easier. You would see your friends that are currently online on the top of the "Online users" section too.
