I'm like a 50/50 on that.
It won't be fair for those that would be pass the other lvls. My experience Bar is 499,075. The lvl 30 only needs the experience bar at 30,000. What about the lvls I passed. I could already be at lvl 400 or so. Will I get my rewards, of 400 or not. Wouldn't be fair for others who aren't where I am on my bar.

I'm also 50/50 on it. It would be rewarding to veterans who have spent countless hours and would be an incentive to play more. It would reinforce the already implied "The more you play, the better your account would be".
But on the other hand the current level system works fine, and all the rewards you would get might be too much. Maybe increase the EXP needed to attain the next level(s) at an exponential rate; kinda' like upgrading weapons.
I'd like to see more thoughts on this.

Maybe increasing weight by 1kg for every 10 levels you past?
