 Post subject: Upgradable modules and specials?

Is it possible to have the modules and specials upgradable like most other equipment? I think it would have a good balance effect regarding the current mech formats that almost cant be beaten.

For example a cooldown module would be +1 per each rank,just like the rest!

Also,it would be good to have the amount of uses of current non mythical specials(teleport,grapple,charge) able to be upgraded.Except,once the rank has been obtained,it becomes a special with 2 uses instead of 1,etc.This will encourage more pure Melee(Physical in particular) type mechs which we only see currently because of the new hammer/axe weapons.Possibly even change or introduce the mythical specials to 3 uses!?
