Throughout the campaign you fight GOD MODE bosses, and sometimes they're hard, sometimes they're very easy, depending on your mech. But I have had an idea for a while now. What if, for a final boss, you fight YOURSELF!! What I mean is, on the final easy campaign mission, the last mech you fight will be a replica of your own mech, with the same modules, fusion, and weapons. This will be the "final boss" of the easy campaign. This will be much harder than GOD MODE because by the time you reach the end of easy campaign you will have a good mech, much better than the regular mechs you fight in campaign. Let's be honest, we all toss those aside as if they're crumpled paper.

The rewards for defeating this "final boss" will be a gold box, some tokens (maybe 35?), and a well earned 10,000 credits. Seems to OP? Well lets see you fight a replica of your own mech. I would probably die like 15 times before I would figure out how to beat this boss.

Also a cool name for it could be something that means "mirror" or "replica."

Unless, they program the computer with every possible and intellectual good attack with the replica to make it harder to defeat, but not to hard were you keep getting rekt by it

You have a good point. CPU doesn't even know how to use its own mech right now.

That's not the best idea, but I like where you're aiming. If they did that, then this boss wouldn't be hard, it would just be annoying. Maybe make the AI a little (or a lot) better so it atleast knows what weapons to use at the right time.

If they wanted to go further they could make it so that it grapples and teleports strategically, because the current CPU doesn't even use these specials at all.
