changing graphics quality and enabling auto frameskipping on android devices?

ummm, the supermechs android is laggy, and the higher the resolution the device is, the slower it will (except if it has something like 3.0 ghz processor).
devices with full hd resolution and low speed processor will make sm very laggy.
maybe add the option to change the graphics quality and enable/disable auto frameskip to make it less laggy?
