First of all, I know that this suggestion has been tried to be proposed numerous times before.

But here I am, trying to help balance an unbalanced feature.

If you have to trade, you will need a partner, of course. Though your Trader should at least have "Normal" Supporter Status.

Any player can trade ONLY if his trader has normal or higher rank of supporter status.

Trade can only be done once after 45 days. (Like gift keys)

Might want to make it so both players need "Super" supporter status of it's going to regenerate every 45 days.

Otherwise make it regenerate every 65-75 days.

I see the problem like this:

Under-balance it and you have a #TraderGate thing happen.
Over-balance it and no-one will use it.

then make it like the gift key system, you can use a few at a time, and overtime, your trades come back.
