Hey guys! I was thinking about ways i could give tokens to another player on SM, but i though about how this can be abused.. So i was thinking.. What about if we can buy tokens, But we can select the user they go to?
Like a gift key but for what ever token package you bought?

Because i have a friend in a foreign country who i met on SM, and his birthday is coming up soon! (He dosnt go on the forums)

I think its a good idea, It cant be abused because it dosnt give the tokens away that you currently have, Its buying a token package and transferring the purchased tokens into another users account

Plus Christmas is coming! (The death of us all)
We might be able to buy a package as a Christmas present for a few clan members or something!

I think something has been suggested before, but this seems to be a better, less abusable approach.

Honestly as long as the person sending tokens needs to buy them in full, then yes its completely non abusable.

Tacticsoft would still make all the money they earn, but just give the tokens to different players.

The send feature would need to be via player ID, because its totally unique and unless you're a developer, its completely useless to someone trying to "hack" you.

I just think we need an easier way to get a users 'user ID' Because i honestly have no idea on how to get it one in-game

I'm here to bump the post because I too would am in the same situation. I know people around he world and family who live far away and I would like to gift them with tokens. Of course you can always log onto their account and buy it for them but some players wouldn't trust giving out their account details.

Also by gifting tokens to a player they could log on one day and a message would appear on the screen saying "(name) has gifted you 1000 tokens! Enjoy". Wouldn't that be so cool to log onto your account one day and find you've been gifted tokens!

If anything people would be spending MORE money on tokens as they can be brought as Christmas / birthday presents or just out of kindness. So I would love this gifting tokens idea to happen soon as Christmas is coming and I have a few people in mind who would love tokens as a present this year
