There's already a 1% chance of getting legendaries(idk the plural for it), so its not a good idea to have 1% change of mythicals
and no, chances for legendaries should not be raised so mythicals have 1% chance
i posted an idea recently to receive mythicals from item boxes, but the chances are very low and even then the player can take the risk to lose it or make it more expensive but play safe
