MAKE 3 AND 4 PLAYER BATTLES (bigger arena, of course) and a rare chance of getting a weapon when defeating somebody...

I can't fully understand this suggestion quite frankly. However, how is is "4 player battles" suppose to happen? This game is action point based.

I don't really understand.
