I was recently watching this episode of Extra Credits when I heard something that, if implemented in SuperMechs, would change the game forever, for the better.
In this video ~ At six minutes you hear them talk about something I, for one, have never heard of, ever.
If you don't feel like skipping to six minutes then let explain what they are talking about. Basicly it goes like this.
In a Korean MMO there was an element called a "money bomb". When used by a player, tons of goodies would pop out, like a pinata, that are beneficial for becoming better at the game, or enhancing the experience. The user couldn't pick up anything, not a single goodie. But EVERYONE else could!
They explain that it could be a normal day in a town square, then someone would drop a money bomb, and it would turn into a party! The people around would benefit, and the buyer would get tons of love. This would inspire other players to buy money bombs, and before you know it, it turned into a small scale festival.
So my suggestion is this. Why not make an "item bomb" or a "fusion bomb" that a player could use in global chat? When used, a bunch of text would pop up that could read this ~ "WarrMachine used a money bomb"
Then a line(s) down it might read ~ "Three Galaxsus Model A's left" or "Five 10,000 power kits left"
As soon as you clicked on it, you would recieve that item! The amount of that item left would drop, so that only a limited number of people could get it. When someone clicks on one of your prizes, you get 1,000 sm. This is the in game "love".
Each person can only get one goodie every 5 minutes or so, so there could limited in game "trading".
The money bombs can vary, but will always have a fixed number of items, there could be a section where you can customize a money bomb if you pay a certain price, like adding whatever you want into it!

What do you guys think? Dev comments?

Very original idea here, I think this would be a way to benefit everyone while not being OP, which is difficult to do. Also, what about one for clans only?
