if you've reached a stage where the practice mode is too strong for you, clear your cache and cookies. It will make them bearable again :)

Depends on your browser. You're best googling it (it's really not that hard and takes a second).

For chrome you click the menu option in the top right corner (3 grey lines) > More tools > clear browsing data

For Firefox go to the menu and go to history then clear recent history and you can clear cache and cookies from there
