A shield that uses bullets. 15 bullets = 35%, 10 bullets = 20%, 5 bullets = 10%. When you activate shield a small hover craft ejects from back of mech and hovers like drone. Also a shield just like the physical but uses missles.

Doesn't make much sense really. I can't think of any situation where bullets could act as a shield :( sorry

How about a reflective shield? One that returns 10% or 15% of the damage dealt. It could consume more energy or heat for example.

-maybe?- I think, if it IS implemented, then it should take away a lot of energy per hit. As far as I know, there is no reflective item/shield/anything yet, so who knows how balanced it would be.

Like max says if a reflective item is put into the game then maybe it should have some negative effect either be very very heavy or maybe if you equip this shield then you lose some of your max hp or something.

That'd just negate the effect of a shield.. isn't the point of one to conserve HP?? :shock:

I'd say a reflective shield that requires bullets is a good idea. Has it's negatives, as you're giving up module slots for bullets. On top of this, you wouldn't be able to run a bullet mech as you'd quickly run out, so it wouldn't be possible to build a high damage mech. This would extend the duration of your match, possibly depleting your bullets quite early.
