So it's become commonplace for cheaters to use the freeze tactic to harpoon good players into losing. And if one of the honest players complains about it publicly, the thread is locked before it gets out of hand. This happened to me 3 times this morning with IGN: Powers & yesterday multiple times with IGN: Crazy_Chipmunk.

I feel that I should not have to privately beg to ask for help. My record was 1554-490 before running into "Powers" today. It's the last 3 matches in my video replay. Feel free to add me as a friend.

To the admins/programmers: Please help or fix the bug.

I agree that public acknowledgement of bugs/exploits are beneficial for the community. If nothing else, certain issues could be further clarified from the public's collective wisdom, rather than described by individuals and not necessarily end up have any actual consequence.

I am sure the devs are actively working to fix the bug as quickly as possible. The reason threads like that get locked is because we do not handle things pertaining to bans in the forums, it could quickly get out of hand and turn into a witch trial so to speak which is not what anyone wants. If you have an issue with someone cheating then submit the proof to an admin as I have told you before and they will review and handle it as they see fit.

Yes korupt said right words. Beside. Super mech is still new. Give it a time. It will take some time to remove all the bugs. Beside if you want to help, why not report such things first to admin or mods. So they can act fast.

I would like to clarify my original post a little. Again, I do believe that all bugs/exploits should be reported to the public, so that everyone can assess them and be well aware. I think we are a community and thus the most ethical course of action is the one that maximizes the public good, while maintaining all private individual's benefit of the doubt.

I think that all threads about bugs and exploits, regardless of where they are posted, should be something that should be used as facilitation for the collective intelligence of this community. Thus, the individual issues should always be made public so that all the benefits that are commonplace with collective intelligence (if you do not know what collective intelligence is, I invite you to wiki it — I do not have the energy to give a dissertation on its rewards at the moment), may yet come to fruition.

Now I am not encouraging random accusations of individuals. If however, a particular exploit seems to come from one individual, then, and only then, do I feel that a name may be 'dropped' for the good of the community. In that case, I feel it would be the task of some higher-up to try and contact some individual and give that individual a reasonable opportunity to explain his or her self. That way if there is a suitable response, approved by administration, as to why that a particular bug/exploit is occurring, then said higher-up would make a public address in the thread where the name was dropped.

Otherwise, if any portion of these aforementioned conditional statements cannot be followed through, I would understand why individual players' names are nono to be dropped in threads.

last days i was really mad about those players who use the clock stop cheat. i lost like 20 matches because of this. and i agree, their name must be made public. i m sure that they read what we are posting

In theory, releasing names might sound good, but one accusation can turn into a witch hunt (especially against higher ranked players like yourself).

This is exactly right and this is why we do not handle anything related to bans on the forums. It too easily delves into a witch hunt or back and forth flaming.

This is why talking about the issue (not the person) has to be done delicately …

There is not much to be said about the issue though, the devs know it exists and how it is done and I am confident they are working on it as quickly as possible. Some things are just not easy when creating a game and takes time.
