The LeecherX1 is a weapon that does not add heat or take away energy from an opponent, but steals their hp instead.
The mech that steals the opponents hp will gain half the hp they stole in damage ( numbers up to change if need be). It can't, however, go above the users maxim health though.
So, if someone has a max hp of 50/50.... they cant have 51/50 hp.
The LeecherX1 could cost energy and/or heat in order to be used. It also could have a limited amount of uses if necessary.
The range of the LeecherX1?
The LeecherX1s range can be infinite (but 00Nick00, that will make it to strong). Good thing you brought up that point my imaginary friend.... The LeecherX1, when used at a farther range will be weaker than say someone using it at a closer range.
This is were limited uses come in. If the LeecherX1 can only be used so many times, it will make players think of where the best spot to use it will be.
Examples
If they use it at close range, they will gain a lot of hp, but run the risk of losing it all plus more if a mech has stronger close ranged weapons.
If they use it at a farther distance, they wont gain as much hp and run the risk of using the weaker LeecherX1 to gain hp rather than a stronger weapon to cause more damage.
What type of damage will the LeecherX1 cause? is it explosive, physical, or electrical type of damage?
I would lean to a physical damage type if anything. Seeing as it does not cause the opponent to gain heat or lose electricity when used.
So, What does every one think of the LeecherX1?

Thats a great idea 00Nick00. May be over powered or underpowered depending on its stats, so its just a case of balancing it at a particular level. There could be different versions at different levels too. It would add another option to builds, and thats a good thing, IMO.

So, instead of coming up with new and complex names, they could change the ending number(s) and/or Letter(s) instead.
