After all we need a better clan system with members(normal players without any attributes),co-leader(only the leader can put it in this function,he can send recruit invites for players without a clan,so with other words he help the leader) and the leader(who created the clan,he can do everything).

yes there should be vice leader and official . Vice president can inv and kik player .official will look who active and whose not, once leader will choose official and vice leader he cant kik them or can change them.
