Here's my suggestion with God mode. Increase the resistances but keep the HP. Rebalance by lowering the maximum Cooldown/Regen to 15/15 and the maximum heat/energy by 50/50.(Mirrors actual godmode having lots of hp/resistance but it's pitfall is it's performance)

Why this idea? This will force players to count the amount of heat/energy modules they can use. it'll be difficult to play 3x of one mech or even 2x. (Not a problem for people who spend thousands on the game. The particular problem with this torso is that it is too VERSATILE and practically replaces most of the torsos in the game. Ultraspade and Lavascope being the extremes for energy/heat lost most of their roles with god mode having better of the two with a simple selection of modules.
