Your % aren't very realistic but I do like the idea of removing rares from boxes. I would say gold should be:

15% myth
35% legendary
50% epic

And silver should be:
7% myth
30% legendary
63% epic

This will give you, on average 0.75 myths, 1.75 legendaries, and 2.5 epics per gold box and 0.35 myths, 1.5 legendaries, and 3.15 epics per silver box.

Gold boxes should never have a guarantee of a mythical item, otherwise there is no point to the mythical box.
