Well, that is kind of is how the market works; everything decision will ultimately be exploited in one way. What is important is how much a benefit can be exploited, and if the potential benefits outweigh the costs.

When they buy everything up you would. Auction houses are too easy to exploit and it is too big of a risk since it could destroy the game we love.

the game is still in beta so trying out some new things.. not necessarily this is ok.. and if someone bought everything how would that matter to anyone? just go buy things normal if the auction house isn't worth it to you etc... what would be the worry is noobs losing everything there imo... cause they aren't as smart.. but it's not like you can really have a monopoly on anything is what I'm saying..

They can buy everything up and then sell it just under store prices thus still beating the game while maintaining a monopoly. Also, yes they game is in beta but that does not mean throw whatever you think may be decent at it. If a game is in beta it is basically already finished and people are just playing it to check for any unexpected occurrences or game breaking issues.

Why would that be a bad thing.. I don't get it... There's taxes as well making it tougher to do this junk..

Again, all that is needed are proper regulations: maximum and minimum prices for selling things. As for a possible monopoly occurring — this seems a bit unrealistic as others there will always be a surplus of all items as new players join each day.
