Why? Since i've disabled game's backround music and i'm listening my internet radio as a backround music.
In general, i don't mind this change from solid music to dynamic music but like i said, i don't listen backround music anyways and that's why i voted "No".
-- Aeacus It isn't like you'd hear it anyway. Voted yes and that is a terrible reason Aeacus.

-- Aeacus Even if it won't affect you it will affect other players and that is what we are voting here for. To benefit the players overall and simply because you do not listen to the audio does not mean we should not improve the audio for those who do.

First off, sry for the OT reply. KlassikKiller wrote: It isn't like you'd hear it anyway. Voted yes and that is a terrible reason Aeacus. I took this poll as when the question was asked from me directly. Q: Do you like having dynamic music in the game? A: No. Since i don't listen the game's music. If the poll would have contained "Indifferent" option, i would have chosed that option but since it does not contain that option, i chosed "No". -- Aeacus

You should vote for the community rather than "I don't listen to it so no." I do not listen to the in game music either but I realize that it would be an improvement for those that do.

Community is made up with different people and each person has his/hers own ideas and views. Also, it's not certain either that this improvement would benefit the community as a whole. We can only speculate here if this is going to be a good or bad improvement. Only after the improvement is implemented and solid feedback gotten about it, we can look the results to see if it is a good or bad improvement. Still, i'm quite sure that there are people who dislike this improvement. We can not expect all the people to act and think in the same manner. Btw, i don't think my "No" vote would matter much in this case. If devs are going to make it happen then they won't be stopped by one "No" vote or do they? -- Aeacus

We as a community must pass it with at least 30 more yes votes than no votes after that it gets moved to popular suggestions where developers and admins make the final decision if it will be put into the game. In short it does matter.
How could a music change before death hurt the game in anyway? It is almost expected when playing games and therefore may lead people to feel it is missing when they play sm.

How this improvement can be a bad one? I'll give you an example: - i get hit by opponent that reduces my HP below certain point
when my turn begins, the backround music will be changed - i use my repair kit to boost my HP
after my turn ends, music will turn back to normal - opponent gets his turn
- when my turn begins, i'll hit the opponent so his HP drops below certain point
after my turn ends and his begins, backround music changes again - opponent uses repair kit to boost his HP
after his turn ends, backround music changes again back to the normal (for the 4th time) some time forward, when my or my opponent HP drops again below certain point, the backround music changes for the 5th time
This fluctuating music can be annoying, especially when there's not much time between music changes. And as we all know, turns may last up to 20 seconds, but in general, players make their turns in 5-8 seconds. -- Aeacus

then how about make an option to allow that horror music to play or not? and really people that have a problem with it they will just disable the music and put some other music on like i myself do. but as a comminity it seems people are for this idea and even though it doesnt affect me i am voting with the majority

Again that does not hurt the game, could it be an annoyance? Yes but the thing is it is toggleable and therefore if it annoys you you can turn it off, really quite simple. For those that actually enjoy it and it does not annoy however you are taking something away from them by voting no. As I said already I do not listen to in game music either but it is quite standard in games to have a feature such as this and sm not having it could also make it feel like it is lacking something. You are voting for you rather than voting for the community which is quite selfish. The reality is the majority of the community is not on the forums and does not know what goes on here so it is on us to improve the game for everyone not just ourselves.
