Right now in SM, there are not many 1-use weapons except drainers, the rocket weapon added recently is the only level 30 one. I think adding more would encourage more 'deal as much damage as possible in a short time' mechs, and although having 2 needle blasters does this well, I'm talking very high damage stuff, or huge heat/energy damage, etc. Some examples below:

Nuclear Missile Launcher
Mythical Top Weapon
6-7 Range, 2 Knockback
125-175 Explosive Damage
+60 Heat Damage
-25 Rockets, +35 Heat and -22 Energy Per Use
1 Use Per Battle

Why the hell should i use this?
The Demolisher got less weight, more Range, no heat and drains resistence too.
Sure, less dmg, less ress-drain but IT COULD BE USED MORE THAN JUST ONCE!

Or the mythical meteor!
Little less dmg, less weight, no heat, more than just one use...


And the heat one is just laughable too.
I must carry a missle modul if this is the only missle launcher in my set up.
A large one (better two) if i got another launcher.
And that would be really heavy, cause launchers and missle moduls are just really heavy right now.

The only one you could think of is the nrg-one.
But here the same question:
Why should I use this, when the Orb isn't much less powerfull but can be used often and the pull works really well with a push weapon? (laucher)

Sorry, but if I would buy me a gold box and get one of these mythicals in it instead of the ones there are out there right now, I would slam my head on the desk really really hard multiple times...

Good idea, but dealing 300 damage in one turn is just a bit OP. I will edit the stats of these. :)

It's offset by the range. 8-9 is "artillery" range. It will be difficult to get them in the first 1-2 turns unless you start in the 5-6 range. It's also to discourage those campers who sit in the corner. 300 damage might seem alot but a shield will mitigate that damage. if you have a 10% shield that is 30 damage reduced. 20% that is 60. etc. However, notice it takes 103 heat to use. So using 2 will put you at 206 heat most mech will overheat at this point. It will kill anyone with less than 550 hp though. however it will be very difficult to land two hits consecutively. Your opponent will probably be smart enough to realize it and occupy the center of the map. Frankly the electric one and physical one needs to be tweaked as they appear in the common ranges of 5-6 and 4-5.

There are no weapons except drones that can reach to 9 range. Look at my meteor cannon suggestion, that will discourage corner-sitters. :lol:

if it will be 300 damage then my opponent can defeat me in 2 turns because because i have 590 hp :|
