This is just an idea I've been thinking about the past couple of days. Not discussed with devs and so on what so ever. And there are tons of flaws with it, which is why I'm posting it here to see what people think of it, and what's wrong with it.

The original idea was to give people a chance of getting mythicals without having to buy them. The mythicals does seem to be the biggest problem in the ocmmunity right now. And I've seen complaints that it haven't been commented on suggestions regarding it. Most of which is because it's not feasible ideas, but may somehow fit into the business model later, so no reason to completely shut it down and shut down the debate around it. But currently, most of the ideas I've seen won't work, not the way things work right now at least.

Only playing people with mythics against others with mythics would mean to few people matching up. Restricting number of mythicals a player can use makes them serverely less desirable. SM coins for tokens kinda dies because of how easy it is to get credits, either from cheating/bots, to even normal playing.

My original idea (which I've later seen several holes in since thinking up) let's "the best of the best" get a chance for mythicals. The idea is that if you get to rank 1 (see, problems already here that makes it hard, trust me, it gets worse) and fill up your stars (see! Still getting harder though), you get the chance to fight another mech with all stars rank 1. If you win 3 of these battles (I might have gone a bit over the top with the dificulty here..) you get a random mythical that is a month old or older.

"Awesome, I can just kit as hell and get all the mythicals in a couple of weeks no problem!". No, I'm about to make it even harder! (please don't hate me), if you lose one of these battles, you have to wait a day before you can try again, and you lose 4 stars. Was thinking you could only win once per week.

So, to the problems of the idea that I see.
1. Because it's limited to rank 1, it will mean that people currently rank 1 now will have a "great chance" to get them now, while making it harder for the lower ranked players to rise up since "everyone" uses mythicals in rank 1.
2. Giving out free mythicals will be a hard sell to push.
3. I've made it so hard to get them that it might be almost impossible to get any mythicals from it.

But, it gives a chance for people outside of the top clans to get mythicals if they are good at the game. While still giving the top clans the advantage they deserve from being the best.

Thoughts? Feedback? I'm just throwing this out here.

It's easy to win dozens of fights in a row.

I won 175 in a row about a week ago. So I'd be drowning in mythicals. Winning 3 in a row is pretty simple even if you don't have perfect stats.

But the idea could work. Maybe if you beat 5 mythical users in a row you get a random mythical.

Or maybe something from campaign. I've heard there will be a campaign expansion. Maybe some new super hard bosses or tasks to get mythical items?

In my idea you are limited to 1 mythical per week with this idea. Also it should be harder to win those 3 in a row as they're not random rank 1s, but rank 1s with all stars, so they should at least have a mech that isn't completely terrible compared to other rank 1s.

the problem is people who are rank 1 like me, still couldn't do that EVER because of all the people who spend HUNDREDS of dollars to get every myth and even worse +15 fusion, here is a list

what im saying is that your giving them MORE myths to use which doesnt make any sense, they all already bad enough

You're mentioning 5 players (for reasons unknown to me). How would those 5 players be able stop you from ever getting mythical weapons with this idea?

Also, please refrain from using red, it's reserved for moderating.

I didn't spend a dime on this game :) And I don't have maximum fusion on any item.

I got all my mythicals through my clan and I won nearly a dozen gold medals long before I had mythicals or any advantage over any other player (I won my 1st gold medal with just a galaxus B torso fused to level 8 and a heat sword fused to level 7), unless you count thinking and strategizing which most players seem incapable of doing.

This defintly benefits people like me. ;)

Just today i had a 25 win streak easily without any myths or kits used. Maybe making it so that if a rank1 player wins 10 battles in a row without kits or mythicals and beats a player with at least one mythical, they get a mythical "token".
10 tokens gives you a random mythical. Maximum of 1 mythical token obtainable per 24 hours. If you use a mythical for those ten wins, you must win 5 extra battles in a row. So on and so forth for every mythical used.

I like your idea, really. It would give good players a chance, rewarding them for skill. That's fine.
The problem with it, is, that they will have to fight mythical abusers to do so...
Winning three matches in a row against other rank 1 with full stars is hard, but not impossible, but winning 3 times a row if you have to face people who have already mythicals is another thing.

Take mythical abusers out of this and it might work and is worth a try.

Like:
You have to win 3 times a row against other players rank 1 full stars without mysticals.


However, the main problem with mythicals is that they are too strong!
Yes, you can do something that common players can get them easierly, but that won't solve the real problem. Such weapons make the game boring.
When everybody have them, you will see nearly the same 4 or 5 set-ups over and over again.
That's the problem with a game intern imbalance.
If something is so strong that there's no alternative, all will use the same.

As you can see in the card game Magic - the gathering.
In tournaments there are only a few decks everyone plays. I was on a tournament with over 1700 players but less than 80 different decks...

Or Games Workshop is another example.
On tournaments all played armies of one codex look the same, cause many codices have a terrible intern balance.

Mythicals can be strong, they should be strong, cause they are the top of weapon technology, but give them a little weakness.
Let the players pay a price for having a strong item. ( not in $ )
Increase the weight, or increase the consumption of ammunition, or the self-generated heat, needed nrg, lower the dmg, or the resitence drain...
Or make sure that players can not abuse them by overuse by limiting mythicals to 1-2 per mech.

Giving every player mythicals won't solve the problem, it will only lead to less diversity of set-ups and make the game boring.

Yeah! This is a totally a great idea simmen! It will benefit for me! I beat some players with the dream weapon which was Needle Blaster! And I dont have used myths (yet that being said, I have some myths that I seldom use for my heat mech which are Metldown and Mayhem Battery II) but my main set is like Nic's old set, (though my torso is Ultra Gladiator, but my weapons include: Demolisher Mark III, Sure Shot, Yellow beam and anti- material rifle..)

Hope they add this so all the rank 1's who stay with full stars (like me.. being rank 1 for the past 3 months without being rank 2, now the system does not rank you down after clan tournaments!)

This is not True.. do not use names with out knowing anythig
i know well about Ogonna, tigermask, lila

did u miss my name?
My friends are playing very hard and every time that is how these 3 won them

Here the point is it is very easy to win streak even the author says its hard

If you take me
I never spend any penny and i am ok with the people who pay to get the myticals what's the wrong with it..They pay

The next way is clan
If you are good you can join for a clan

and you must notice the top 3 clans are not just relaxing
to be in top 3 every week they need to play and win after all hard work they get 2 mysticals

I do not understand why people are tiring to find an easy way..


already given 6 boxes = 30 chances to get mystical items

I would like to give an IDEA

IF A PLAYER KEEP 95% of wins with more than 500 matches for 2 weeks THAT PLAYER GETS A MYSTICAL
Condition : That player cannot be in top 10 for the 2 weeks
so top players won't get this
This will be ok

Think about this
if its too hard make it 92% minimum

so work hard and win
