tbh i think the dropoff should be raised back up to level 20. the pro players that were complaining have had the time to build themselves back up. Now it seems like players are just farming lower levels like mronetwo jonesm and paradoxen without having any serious compatition from other pro players.

What do you mean dropoff?

after you reach a certian level you cant go back and fight at lower levels again. like my suggestion is level 20 so players at level 20 cant go back and farm at level 15 anymore

It's not the first time.

Raising to 20 is not a good idea, as this would render the Lucifer (should be fairly common around here) useless.
It also would be a problem for the Shielded, as 20 is too close to 22 where Dragon and Mamut are used. The slots currently in use are around 18 and 22, so this would cut a common slot in half.

Also building back is not that easy, as it depends which builds you had before the upgrade. If you had to miss out several Rare-Torso-Builds like the two Gladiators, you will lack equipment suited for Level 20 and higher.

the shielded torso actually competes at lvl 20+ very well Rojin made it work and gave me a run for my money every time we fought

I started playing a while ago but only ever played a week a month and enjoyed SM but since update my mech isn't working as some of the stuff i used have had their level upped. As i am not winning as my mech is way below level 19 i can't replace the body. lol so i don't like the update
