I think most players (at least those who visit the forum) are aware that buying a level 1 legs or a level 1 laser is the cheapest way to get material for fusion.
Currently you have to pay 100 SM for an item with a power of 5, so this way of upgrading is costing you 20 SM per power point. But it takes a long time to upgrade that way, when you need about 800 or more power to reach the next level.

Therefore, introduce Fusion Crystal. These should be items which can be bought as a special item:

Mark I - 100 Power - 2.000 SM
Mark II - 500 Power - 10.000 SM
Mark III - 1.000 Power - 20.000 SM

This way upgrading would take far less time and making it more convenient for the players.

Yes but the costs and and power amounts must change, those are very unbalanced. This should allow the selling of items again too if its passed. I would believe atleast.

There's no inbalance. Level 1 legs give you 5 power and are 100sm credits. Buy 200, it will cost 20000SM and give you 1000 power

I'd say yes since it would be essentially the same thing but I kinda don't think that this is how fusion was meant to be meaning the buying of cheap parts and fusing them.

Its one of the flaws with it, its like alching in runescape the cheaper the item the better lol.
