How to buff it?

Super Nova need a small buff,
The reason is low electric damage,resistance drain,and range.
It's boring if i can't use this weapon at range 3.

and the lower electric damage make it more annoying!
This weapon is rare to deal damage 70-92!

This weapon need a buff!
