was anyone surprised by the top 3 clans last week? didn't think so, when is the last time anyone has been really. you can pretty much guarantee the top 3 clans will be LLYL, HTK and Reign all that's up for debate is which order they will come in. but that order has no bearing on the award the clans get every member of all the top 3 clans get exactly the same prise.

isn't this supposed to be a tournament? and aren't tournaments supposed to be, what's the word I'm looking for.... competitive? I know it's probably a pipe dream that Tacticsoft would make a game that was actualy competitive for a change but you may call me a dreamer but I'm not the only one and so forth.

the clan sizes have been increasing in size to match the increase in active players capable of actualy going for a top 3 spot rendering the clan system totaly and utterly useless.

why dont you make it more exciting by reducing the clan sizes to 10-15 so it will actualy be a challenge to get your clan into the top 3

I totally agree with this. It's time the top 3 clans stop securing their places in the clan rankings with max fusion, 10+ mythical mechs. You're right that the 'tournament' is just a free stream of mythicals for the top clans and nothing else. It's time the devs listened to us about this.

Now obviously every top clan leader is going to disagree with this, I mean who wouldn't.

If clan size is going to decrease I think the clan ranks that you can receive rewards in should be increased. I say top 5 get the clan rewards.

Totally agreed with this. What's the point of being a Top 4-6 clan if you wouldn't get any prize?

Basically, being in a clan would be POINTLESS. (Unless you're one of the members of the Top 3)

So, we, top 5 clan members, should get at least 5000 Power Supply Power kit. Because you know? Some players just can't afford tokens to purchase Fusion kits.

I've made an identical argument. At the very least I think holding clan sizes constant for a very long time is needed. There are a few players from time to time that rise to the top but their number has been roughly equal to the additional spots available in the top 3 clans. If we hold clan sizes constant for a few months (or more) you might find there is enough new blood in the top ranks to make for a convincing 4th (and maybe 5th) clan that could challenge for medals.

There was another post a few months back talking about the same thing. The fact it's only really a 3 clan competition and most members in the top 3 clans don't really need the rewards anyway. I did suggest a while back that maybe there should be a reward for every clan (e.g - the player with the most wins in their clan gets a reward).

Obviously this could be abused if you've only got like 2 members in your clan; (easy rewards), so maybe the reward scheme only activates when your clan reaches 10 or more members to actually make it a "competition". That way it gives everyone a chance to win something and make the game overall more competitive because EVERY member in EVERY clan has a chance to win something.

It's just an idea but you know there's 100's of clans out there and a lot of players do try hard to step up, offering a small reward for each clan gives them a sense of achievement and it makes it more enjoyable for everyone.

3 points you should think about ...

- every single time the clan-size increased and will increase, the TOP 3 clans become stronger
Reason: this is since clans starts and logic ...
+2 best available players for each TOP 3 clan = -6 good players from 4th - 6th clan

- on the other side, dont forget that most of the members from TOP 3 clans play hard to be able to stay in the TOP 3 clans AND that since years
I dont mean the new members, the main-members.
Please: think about that too (it was/is hard work for them to stay there)

- clan-manipulating in ALL clans become more and more, special in 4th rank clan BUT also in TOP 3 clans. Clan manipulating = joining other clans with your alt-accounts, to spy and be able to control their numbers of wins, depending how many alt-accounts you can place in that clan

Solution about the clan-size / clan-strength :
reward for all TOP 6 clans (as also the TOP 6 in ranking-list have an other colour)

Top 3 clans could battle for the medals - gold, silver, bronze
Top 4 - 9 could battle for the reward

That would make players in 4th - 6th clan also stronger, because they would also have the weekly mythical as reward, so maybe they could start sometimes to attack TOP 3

this idea is good and bad the people in the top clans work really hard otherwise they wouldnt be in the top clans but the same problem here as there is in call of duty if you didnt start playing this game when it first came out then you are screwed because other people have a head start thats why people like littlelost or bestplayeroftheworld are so good they started early but the alternative to this is to buy or earn tokens which is what reign has been doing but i have a fix what if every rank of clans had a tournament like at the beginning whatever rank your clan is is what your clan will be for the rest of the week giving 60 clans rewards instead of just 3 and it will help players rank up a lot.
