There should a report button so you can report players that use fowl language
or/and players that want to trade accounts. :D

There is a 'block' button that you can use while in game chat, this will hide any messages by the offending user until you have finished your session. However, if they get blocked by enough people then they will receive a temporary ban from global chat and will not be allowed to enter anymore messages until the ban has timed out.
