why there arent explosive and physical teleporters and electric or explosive chargers

Well, You have given me an idea, I might create a topic in game suggestions.
Anyways, a charge is where you smack into your opponent with your engine, Its like Metal against metal so it would be physical, But! What my suggestion here is.. Say i had a heat shield, And i charged.. I think it should do explosive damage because of the shield. I of think it should atleast have damage against the user of the charge because they are smashing straight into the other player. And with teleports, Well. I don't really see how it could be physical or explosive damage, Maybe explosive if anything (:
