 Post subject: Improve Steel/Flame/Lightning Tractors

The Tractors are underpowered at the moment. 28 damage and 45 heat/energy is not enough to be competitive. Steel Tractors do not do enough damage.

Suggested stats:

Lightning Tractors:

45 -> 60 Energy Damage

Flame Tractors:

45 -> 60 Heat Damage

Steel Tractors:

60 -> 75 Damage
1 -> 2 Knockback

All tractors:

35 -> 48 HP bonus

(Steel Tractors) 35 -> 60 HP bonus
