ok guys , there is something fishy with the sure shots , the weapon always deal
100+ guaranteed damage if the enemy resistance become -10 , its weakest
shot deal 65 . thats mean 65+10=75 , the most powerful shot deal 85 , thats mean 85+10=95 , how could it even reach 100 to 125 damage ? notice i didnt fuse anything for it . its just a new sure shot , is this some kind of hidden stats of the sure shots ?

Were you standing on a floor pad? This would have increased the damage.
