In older versions of SM you could fight at levels based on the level of the parts you had, for example having level 23 equipment puts you against level 23 mechs. I think this option should be added back in, because this system was a major part of the game, and resulted in mech builds being very diverse, which was good. Now, mechs are based on rank, which can result in mechs with high-level equipment going against mechs with low-level equipment. Mythicals have their own category, so non-Mythical using mechs do not go up against Mythical users.

I enjoy the ladder system; mechs with low levels can't get good weapons, so can't really get a good rank. Voting no
