I think more long-range weapons should be added to SM to discourage corner sitting (which is a problem at the moment :lol: ) and encourage more long-range based builds, as most builds at the moment are focused on close range weapons. Here are some suggestions:

Sniper Rifle
Mythical Top Weapon
7-8 Range
80-105 Physical Damage
-10 Bullets, +12 Heat and -10 Energy Per Use
56 Weight

Aerial Strike
Mythical Top Weapon
7-8 Range
75-95 Explosive Damage
+20 Heat Damage
-10 Rockets, +18 Heat and -12 Energy Per Use
72 Weight

LR Plasma Cannon
Mythical Top Weapon
7-8 Range, 1 )))
60-80 Electric Damage
-25 Energy Damage
-23 Energy Per Use
74 Weight

LR Grapple Hook
Mythical Special
5-8 Range
40-65 Physical Damage
+16 Heat and -32 Energy Per Use
1 Use Per Battle
35 Weight

Gravitation Orb
Mythical Top Weapon
6-8 Range, 5 (((
30 Physical Damage
+15 Heat and -9 Energy Per Use
2 Uses Per Battle
48 Weight


More to come! :D

These weapons are powerful but unlimited use and with low ammo requirements, balanced by only being usable at long range. :)

Ok I'd send a feedback Mr. Spike ;) Yeah, these are a good idea, yet some drone fights might be avoided. Yet, the player who doesn't have this weapon will have a huge disadvantage for the guy who have it. Actually, these are like the Artilleries.. Yet really a good idea. Oh and why not a 7-8 range with pull?
